Most AI advice starts from the technology and works backwards to a problem. I go the other way. I look at how your business actually runs, find the places where AI would pay for itself, and tell you plainly where it wouldn't. That second part matters. Most processes are better left alone.
A written audit of your current workflows, with the repetitive and rule-based work flagged. A shortlist of two or three opportunities ranked by effort against payoff. A recommended approach for each, including what to build and what to buy. An honest list of what I'd leave alone and why. A build roadmap if you want to move forward.
One, a call to understand the business and how work moves through it. Two, I review your processes, tools and any documentation you can share. Three, I write the audit and roadmap. Four, we walk through it together and you ask hard questions.
