SubTrada is a full-stack SaaS procurement platform for the UK construction industry. Main contractors create projects through a multi-step wizard, manage a document-hosting hub with nested drawing folders, revision control and an in-app PDF viewer with interactive hotspots, then run tendering end-to-end — sending tender packs, tracking logs, and comparing returns in a procurement tracker. Claude AI is integrated throughout: automated drawing reviews, bulk-upload metadata extraction, and quantity takeoff assistance via the Anthropic API with prompt caching. Approval workflows freeze their approver chain per revision, an IRS (Information Required Schedule) tracker imports consultant Excel matrices, and role-based access covers clients, consultants and design-team collaborators. Built with React, Tailwind CSS and a Xano backend (JWT auth, 120+ REST endpoints), with Stripe subscriptions, Brevo/SendGrid transactional email, and edge-injected SEO (dynamic sitemaps, JSON-LD, per-route meta).
